All repairs to the monitor and accessories must be made by an authorized repair center. Any unauthorized
repairs will invalidate your warranty. For product warranty information please contact Customer Service.
If your equipment is not functioning correctly, contact a Customer Service Representative to determine the
appropriate action. Be prepared to identify the equipment (monitor, scale, or accessory) and describe the
problem in detail. For monitors, scales, pulse oximeters, or GPRS devices, you will be asked to provide the
model and serial number.
