Selecting Questions
For each patient, you need to select questions and assign the days and number of times per day that they
will be asked.
To select questions:
1. From the Questions screen, select the Add
showing all of the categories of questions:
You can slide your finger up and down on the screen to scroll the list to see all of the categories that are
available. At the bottom of the list, there is an option called Numeric Listing, which, when selected,
allows you to view all of the questions by their number.

Key for Edit Questions screen:
Does this:
Moves the highlighted question/reminder up in the list.
Moves the highlighted question/reminder down in the list.
Removes the highlighted question/reminder from the list.
Allows you to view/edit the schedule for questions/reminders.
Allows you to select the questions/reminders you want to set up for a patient.
Backs out to the previous screen.
