Scale Details
The HomMed and A&D scales have a capacity of 500 lb (227 Kg) and collect weight using four load
cells, one in each corner of the scale. The accuracy of the weight measurement is +/- 0.5 lb (0.2 Kg).
Wireless scales are powered by batteries or an external AC battery power supply.
On the A&D scale, units are displayed according to the switch setting on the bottom of the scale. Verify
that the switch is set to the units (lbs or kg) required before deploying to a patient.
The NCI HRS 305 Accuro scale has a capacity of 1000 lb (454 Kg). The accuracy of the weight
measurement is +/- 0.1 lb (0.05 Kg). This Bluetooth scale features an aluminum platform with a medical
grade RoHs compliant anti-slip mat and handrails. Two-inch wheels assist in storage of the unit.
