Scheme logic
The scheme logic of the restart inhibit function including the starts per hour function
will be illustrated in Figure 2.28-18. In order to block the output of the starts per hour
function operational signal, the user should input some signal at PLC connection point
[Mot-STPH_BLOCK].

Emergency start function (Canceling to block CB closing)

In case of emergency, it is possible to allow closing CB, even if the restart inhibit function has
been operated already. It can be achieved, when a signal is generated at PLC connection pint
[Mot-EMR_START].
Therefore, the emergency start function can be constructed by connecting an emergency signal
inputted to IED via binary input circuit (BI) to this PLC connection point.
