Disassemble the parts, referring to the flow cell
disassembling diagram shown below.

Wash all the parts of flow cell with an ultrasonic washer.
Wipe off contaminants from the surface of the flow cell with
gauze soaked in acetone or ethanol.
After washing, assemble the parts in reverse to the
disassembly, referring to the disassembling diagram.
The pressure withstanding cell has holes for liquid leaking.
The cell should be assembled so that the holes are
positioned at the bottom.
After assembling, flow liquid through the cell to confirm that
liquid does not leak.
