Wash the pump plunger with the wash fluid2.
Switch the 3-way solenoid valve to the wash fluid2 side.
Switch the syringe valve to the plunger wash side (port 4).
Deliver the wash fluid2 to the pump plunger with the wash
pump (specified time).
After washing, it moves to the idle status.
