1.1 Isocratic System

1. OVERVIEW

The liquid chromatograph system comprises a pump for
delivering mobile-phase liquid, a sample introduction unit for
injecting samples (autosampler, manual injector), a column unit
for separating components of each sample, a column oven unit
for maintaining the column at a constant temperature, and a
detector unit for detecting separated components as analytical
signals. Also, a degassing unit for degassing mobile-phase
liquid, a gradient elution unit for changing the mixing ratio of
eluents with time and other options may be added to the system
as required.
This is a simple system for analysis with a single mobile liquid
phase.
