This connection takes place in the central earthing point (CEP). This CEP is to be implemented
at the point with the largest to be expected short-circuit / earth current. It has to be
dimensioned accordingly. The CEP is also be implemented such that a measurement /
monitoring of the current at this point at any time is possible without any further risk.
