Batteries disconnected

Possible cause
The UPS does not recognize
internal battery packs.
The battery packs are not
connected.
The battery has reached end-
of-life.
An overload or a fault has
occurred, or a command has
been received to put the UPS
into Bypass mode.
Power requirements exceed
the UPS capacity (greater than
100 % of nominal; see also
Appendix A. Specifications
additional information.
Action
If the condition persists,
contact Lenovo support.
Verify that all battery packs are
connected properly.
If the condition persists,
contact Lenovo support.
The batteries must be replaced
now. Contact Lenovo support
for battery-pack replacement.

Check for one of the following
alarms: over temperature,
overload or UPS failure.
Check whether a remote
operator has issued a

Remove some of the
equipment from the UPS.
