Second if installed check for any fault on the remote power off switch (Kill switch, Emergency
stop button) in the remote location.
Make sure that the physical installation of the UPS unit in a rack has been done correctly. If it is
not done correctly the UPS may issue a combined "Emergency Off" and "No battery" error. See
