Chapter 11 Troubleshooting
The power connector under stress can cause damage to this PCB-A or cause problems
with the ground connection of the communication port which uses an RJ-45 connector.
In the below image it is shown that the actual cable became lose which causes an RPO
fault, the "Emergency Off" message is displayed on the LCD panel of the UPS unit. This
will prevent the UPS unit to go on-line and protect the load.
