What to do
Check
• nominal motor values in parameter group
98 User motor parameters.
• that no external control system is connec-
ted to the drive.
• that no operation limits prevent the com-
pletion of the ID run. Restore parameters
to default settings and try again.
• that the motor shaft is not locked.

Cycle the power to the drive (and its control
unit, if powered separately).
Reboot the control unit (using parameter
96.08 Control board boot or by cycling
power.
