What to do

Reload if uncertain.

power. If the problem persists, contact ABB.

Check panel or PC-tool communication and
if it is still in backup or restore state.
Check PLC programming.
Check parameter groups 50 Fieldbus ad-
apter (FBA) and 51 FBA A settings.
Check the status of the fieldbus master
(online/offline/error etc.).
Check cable connections to the EIA-485/X5
terminals 29, 30 and 31 on the control unit.
Reload the firmware or replace the unit.
