Step 4 Set Connection mode to SMC2.0.
Step 5 In Password, enter the password for connecting the MCU to the SMC.
Step 6 Click OK and restart the MCU to enable the settings to take effect.

Configuring the GK
Step 1 Log in to the web interface of the MCU.
Step 2 Choose Settings > H.323 and SIP to display the H.323 and SIP page shown in
Figure 7-4 H.323 and SIP settings
Step 3 Select Register with Gatekeeper.
Step 4 In GK address, enter the GK IP address. If you are using the SMC2.0's embedded GK, enter
the SMC server's IP address.
Step 5 In GK ID, enter the GK name. If you are using the SMC2.0's embedded GK, enter the
embedded GK's name predefined on the SMC2.0.
Issue 10 (2013-07-20)
This password will be required when you add the MCU to the SMC2.0. Please record it for future
configuration.
