Description
Sets the rate of the communication between the sites
and the MCU when holding a conference. The value
range is 64 kbit/s to 8 Mbit/s.
NOTE
When 3G Wireless terminals joining in the conference, set the
Transmission rate to 64 kbit/s.
The available combinations of the video protocol and
video format are as follows:
H.261/QCIF, H.261/CIF, H.263/CIF, H.263/QCIF,
H.263/4CIF, H.264/QCIF, H.264/CIF, H.264/50 60,
H.264/4CIF, H.264/720P, H.264/16CIF, H.264/480i,
