By configuring the access number, you can define the access numbers for the current conference.
Otherwise, the system generates a random access number for the current conference when the
conference is scheduled.
Step 3 Set the parameters according to the sample values in
general information of the conference. Then click Next to display the Technical Parameters
dialog box, as shown in

Description
The name of the conference to be added which is used
to identify the conference.
The account number of the holder. This function is
preserved for later use. If the system does not connect
to an authentication system, you can specify any
account.
The password of the conference. To control a
conference, a terminal must specify this password.
