Step 6 Select an MCU from the Main MCU drop-down list box and set parameters for participants.
Step 7 Hold Ctrl and select the sites in turn. Then click Add. When you finish, click Next to display
the Summary dialog box.

If the value of a site parameter is higher than that of the predefined conference parameter, when the
conference is being scheduled, the value of the site parameter is adjusted to the same value of the
predefined conference parameter.
If the value of a site parameter is lower than that of the predefined conference parameter, when the
conference is being scheduled, the value of the site parameter remains unchanged.
To add more participants, hold Ctrl and select the participants in turn.
