RF-Converter P4LU

The RF-converter P4LU is identical to the RF-converter P4LT, except
that it offers more ports:
G.703
LAN
The remaining ports are identical on P4LU and P4LT.
Remark:
1) The G.703 and LAN ports are not supported with ETL600 Rel.1
