Port configuration byte
bit0-3 = port baud rate where 0 = 300, 1 = 1200, 2 = 2400, 3 = 4800, 4 = 9600, 5 = 19200,6 = 38400
bit 4-5 = parity (0=None,1=Odd,2=Even)
bit 6 = number of data bits (0=seven,1=eight)
bit 7 = number of stop bits (0=one,1=two)
