Add a AAA client filter for the user|group.
V1 should contain a single (AAA client name, AAA
client port, remote address, CLID) tuple; for example:
NAS01,tty0,0898-69696969
Optionally, the AAA client name can be "All AAA
clients" to specify that the filter applies to all configured
AAA clients and an asterisk (*) to represent all ports.
