Peripheral Medical Devices

This section discusses each of the peripheral medical devices that are compatible with the Genesis DM
monitor. Specific instructions are included with the cables for each peripheral.
Please refer to the manufacturer's manual for each peripheral for detailed care and maintenance
instructions.
The programming instructions in this section assume that you understand basic programming concepts
such as how to enter Setup Mode, use the monitor keys for programming, and navigate through the
menu options. If you do not know how to perform these tasks, please review the information in
Section 3: Programming the Genesis DM Monitor.

To ensure accurate trends, make sure that the device's date and time are correct before transmitting
any test results. To set the date and time, refer to the manufacturer's instructions.
