than the speed that corresponds to an encoder limit frequency of 500
kHz.

Maximum permissible speed
Correct the limit values for SG and carry-out a power on.
SI motion: Cam position parameterization not permissible

At least one enabled "safe software cam" (SN) is parameterized in
p9536 or p9537 too close to the tolerance range around the modulo
position.
