0 = Only measurement (no correction of WO)

THOUSANDS: Measuring strategy
0 = Measurement paraxial, constant alignment of the probe in the switching
direction
1 = Measurement at an angle, constant alignment of the probe in the
switching direction
2 = Measurement at an angle, align probe in the switching direction
TEN THOUSANDS: Number of spheres to be measured
0 = Measure one sphere

HUNDRED THOUSANDS: Number of measuring points, only for
