The calibration sequence will start according to the mode selected in [OPTION]-[CALIBRATION
MODE] and settings configured in [OPTION] - [PJT THROW RATIO]. Be sure to configure the
[CALIBRATION MODE] and [PJT THROW RATIO] settings beforehand.
[CALIBRATION MODE]
[STATIC]:
Corrects distortions in the sub-projector's projected image using the main projector's
image as a reference, superimposing both images. As adjustments are performed
continuously based on previous calibration values, calibration times will be shorter
with smaller shifts in the projected images. Use this setting under normal circum-
stances.
[TRACE]:
Corrects distortions in the sub-projector's projected image using the main projector's
image as a reference, overlaying both images on each other. The main projector
will only be adjusted if calibration on the sub-projector alone is insufficient. As
adjustments are performed continuously based on previous calibration values,
calibration times will be shorter with smaller shifts in the projected images.
[AVERAGE]: Corrects distortions in both the sub-projector and main projector's projected images
using the average amount of shifting between the two projectors as the target value,
minimizing the amount of correction and improving the overlay accuracy between
adjustment points. As distortion correction values are reset with each calibration
process, calibration times may be longer than with other modes.
