Check whether
the iBAT (BIM)
is attached
firmly and
whether all
cables are
securely
connected.
Check whether
the iBOX (CIM)
is attached
firmly and all
cables securely
connected.

A smoke alarm is
displayed on the
active alarm page of
the WebUI.
 The skylight is
opened.
 The alarm beacon
produces audible
and visual alarms.
 The iBAT (BIM) is
attached firmly.

All iBAT (BIM)
cables are securely
connected.
 No iBAT (BIM)
cable deteriorates
and the insulation
layer does not crack.
 The iBOX (CIM) is
attached firmly.

The cable to the
PoE port is
connected securely.
 If a cable connects
to the COM port,
check that the cable
connection is
secure.
 If a cable connects
to the BCB port,
check that the cable
connection is

Troubleshooting
Set parameters
correctly.

Check whether the
smoke detector or
multi-functional
sensor is faulty.
 Check whether the
skylight system is
normal.

If the alarm beacon
produces audible
and visual alarms,
check whether the
alarm beacon is
faulty and whether
the cable connection
is proper.
 Secure the iBAT
(BIM) again.

Check that all iBAT
(BIM) cables are
securely connected.
 Replace the faulty
cable.
 Secure the iBOX
(CIM) again.

Reconnect the cable
to the PoE port.
 Reconnect the cable
to the COM port.
 Reconnect the cable
to the BCB port.
 Reconnect the cable
to the HALL current
monitoring port.
