Engine Lower End: Service and Repairs
7. Tighten the (10 mm) nut to the governor arm bolt. Torque nut to 90 in-lbs.
(10 Nm).
8. Install the camshaft to the crankcase.
9. Verify the camshaft and crankshaft timing marks match.
