21. Install the 2 (10 mm) nuts securing the muffler to the cylinder head. Torque
nuts to 70–105 in-lbs. (8–12 Nm).
22. Slide the carburetor into position on the engine.
23. Install the governor linkage spring.
24. Install the governor linkage onto the governor arm.
