13. Remove the governor linkage from the governor arm by pivoting the arm
towards the front of the engine, opening the throttle wide. Then lift the
governor linkage up and away from the carburetor.
14. Lift upwards on the governor linkage spring and away from the carburetor.
15. Slide the carburetor away from the engine.
