Installation Verification

Check Expected Result
Method
Observe. The installation conforms to the design
requirements.
Observe.  The equipment is intact and free from
inclination, distortion, pain drop, and
rust.
 All connections are secure.
Observe. Water pipes are securely connected.
Observe. All pipes are seamlessly wrapped with
thermal insulation layers.
Observe.  Each container has at least two ground
points and is grounded securely with a
ground resistance of 10 ohms or less.
 Each row of cable trays has at least two
ground points and is grounded securely
with a ground resistance of 10 ohms or
less.
 All cable connections are secure,

especially network cable connections.
 Exposed parts near the wiring terminals
and lugs are wrapped with PVC
insulation tape or heat shrinking tubing.
 Flat washers and spring washers of all
wiring terminals are securely installed.
