Procedure

Step 1 Move the new fire cylinder using a pallet truck to a position adjacent to the container door.

Do not move the fire cylinder over a long distance by hands.

Step 2 Loosen the screws securing the preconfigured fasteners for the fire cylinder in the installation

position using a Phillips screwdriver, and remove the fire cylinder fasteners.

Step 3 Move the fire cylinder to the installation position, and secure the fire cylinder using the

fasteners.

Keep the pressure gauge panel outwards so that people can view the reading, which also

facilitates later maintenance.

Step 4 Connect the hose to the pressure operated switch.

Wrap the threads with sealing tape to ensure air tightness.

Step 5 Connect the fire cylinder to the fire extinguishing pipeline.

Wrap the joints with sealing tape to ensure air tightness.

Connect the connection accessories of the pressure operated switch to the pressure

operated switch and the container valve of the fire cylinder respectively.

Connect one end of the pressure operated switch hose to the pressure operated switch

and the other end to the container valve of the fire cylinder.

Remove the protective cover at the threaded adapter position of the container valve, and

connect the threaded adapter to the fire cylinder, as shown by (1) in
