Power Distribution on the
ECC800 WebUI.
Operation
Export smart cooling product
logs, alarms, temperature,
and humidity, as well as the
operating status and time of
the compressor, fan, electric
heater, electric humidifier,
and water pump from the
monitoring system. View the
historical alarms generated
in this quarter and select the
most common five ones. (If
no monitoring system is
available, skip this item.)
Visual observation
Start the humidifier in
startup state.

Operating temperature:
–10° C to +55° C
Standard
There are no abnormal
records in alarms.

Check that the electric
heater is secured
reliably.
 Check that the electric
heater surface does
not erode.
Water drainage is normal.
4 Routine Maintenance
Troubleshooting
Check whether the data
center smart cooling
products run properly.
Troubleshooting
Rectify the fault or
contact Huawei technical
support.

Tighten the electric
heater and its switch.
 Replace the electric
heater.
 If no water is
supplied, check the
cable connection or
replace the water inlet
solenoid valve.
 If no water is supplied
to the wet film
humidifier, check the
cable connection to
the water pump or
replace the humidifier
pump.
