Check that the condensate water
pan and liquid level detector have
no scale.
Check that the filter is not blocked.
Check that the filter is not damaged
or distorted.
Check that the compressor is
secured properly.
Check that there is no oil stain on
the compressor service valve.
Check that the sound of the
compressor is properly.
The refrigerant pipe does not leak
or corrode, and is properly wrapped
with thermal insulation foam.
Check that the refrigerant pipe
support is intact and securely
installed.
Check that the indoor fan guard is
not distorted.
Check that the indoor fan blades are
intact.

 The terminals are intact
and secure and free from
spark signs and rust.
There is no sign of rodent
movements in the PDC or new
main way.
The air intake and exhaust
vents of devices are not
blocked.
4 Routine Maintenance
Troubleshooting
 Secure output terminals.
If there is a sign of rodent
movements, ask a
professional to trap the
animals.
Remove any blockages
from the air intake and
exhaust vents of devices.
Troubleshooting
Clean up the scale from the
condensate pan and liquid level
detector.
Remove the air filter and clean
it. (water cleaning is
recommended).
Replace the air filter.
Tighten the compressor screws.
Clean the refrigerant oil.
Replace the compressor.
Check for and repair leaks, and
wrap the thermal insulation
foam again.
Replace the pipe support and
secure it.
Maintain or replace the fan
guard.
Replace the fan.
