Cause:
During a flying restart, it was identified that the search current reached is too low.
It is possible that the motor is not connected.
Remedy:
Check the motor feeder cables.

<location>FlyRestart: Not supported
Message
-
value:
Drive object:
VECTOR
Reaction:
OFF2 (NONE, OFF1)
Acknowledge:
IMMEDIATELY
Cause:
It is not possible to power up with the motor rotating (no flying restart). In the following cases, the "fly-
ing restart" function is not supported:
Permanent-magnet and separately-excited synchronous motors (PEM, FEM): Operation with V/f
characteristic.
Permanent-magnet synchronous motor (PEM): Encoderless operation without a Voltage Sensing
Module (VSM) being connected.
Remedy:
- de-activate the "flying restart" function (p1200 = 0).
- change the open-loop/closed-loop control mode (p1300).
- connect a Voltage Sensing Module (VSM) (voltage measurement).

<location>Drive: Measuring probe parameterized to a digital output
Message
%1
value:
Drive object:
All objects
Reaction:
NONE
Acknowledge:
NONE
Cause:
The measuring probe is connected to a bi-directional digital input/output and the terminal is set as out-
put.
Alarm value (r2124, decimal):
9: DI/DO 9 (X122.8)
10: DI/DO 10 (X122.10)
11: DI/DO 11 (X122.11)
13: DI/DO 13 (X132.8)
14: DI/DO 14 (X132.10)
15: DI/DO 15 (X132.11)
Remedy:
- set the terminal as input (p0728).
- de-select the measuring probe (p0488, p0489, p0580).

<location>Drive: DC link voltage maximum controller active
Message
-
value:
Drive object:
SERVO, VECTOR
Reaction:
NONE
Acknowledge:
NONE
Cause:
The DC link voltage controller has been activated because the upper switch-in threshold has been
exceeded (r1242).
The ramp-down times are automatically increased in order to maintain the DC link voltage (r0026)
within the permissible limits. There is a system deviation between the setpoint and actual speeds.
When the DC link voltage controller is switched out (disabled), this is the reason that the ramp-function
generator output is set to the speed actual value.
See also: p1240 (Vdc controller or Vdc monitoring configuration)
Remedy:
If the controller is not to intervene:
- increase the ramp-down times.
- disable the Vdc max controller
If the ramp-down times are not to be changed:
- use a chopper or regenerative feedback unit
