Use type to specify an existence test type.
Use undo type to remove the existence test type.
Syntax
type { absent | changed | present }
undo type { absent | changed | present }
Default
The existence test types are present and absent.

absent: Triggers an event when the sampled object becomes absent.
changed: Triggers an event when the value of the sampled object changes. If the last sampling does not
obtain a value, the event is not triggered.
present: Triggers an event when the sampled object becomes present.
