Chapter 4 Configuring Settings on the Cisco Unified IP Phone
Procedure
Step 1 To access the IVR, go off-hook and press the *, #, and 0 buttons simultaneously. Alternatively on the
Cisco Unified IP Phone 6911, you can toggle the speaker button and press the *, #, and 0 buttons
simultaneously.
The IVR prompts for a password.
Note The Cisco Unified IP Phone 6901 and 6911 supports alpha numeric characters (A-F), and colon (:) in
Ipv6 settings.
Enter the PIN by pressing the number keypad, followed by # button.
Step 2
You are at the IVR main configuration menu.
Step 3 Follow the voice prompts on the IVR. Refer to
Step 4 To return to the main configuration menu, press #.
Step 5 To exit the IVR, end the call.
