Purpose
Enters voice-port configuration mode to set up the physical
voice port. To find the correct definition of the port
argument for your router, see
Site Telephony Version 3.2 Command
Specifies, in decibels, the amount of gain to be inserted at
the receiver side of the interface. Acceptable values are
integers from –6 to 14.
(E&M ports only) Enables call completion when a PBX
does not provide an M-lead response. MOH requires that
you use this command with E&M ports.
(E&M ports only) Selects the 4-wire cabling scheme. MOH
requires that you specify 4-wire operation with this
command for E&M ports.
(E&M ports only) For E&M tie trunk interfaces, directs the
calling side to seize a line by going off-hook on its E-lead
and to send address information as DTMF digits.
Activates the voice port.
Exits voice-port configuration mode.
