(4) Install the SD card in which the test program is written in test object IT-9000.
(5) Turn ON IT-9000 and execute "SetFactoryTool.exe" under \\My Device\SD Card using Explorer.
(6) When "It copy a Factory Tool ...." is shown, tap "Yes".
(7) The test program (DIAG folder) is copied under "FlashDisk", and then IT-9000 automatically
restarts.
[ NOTE ] When IT-9000 is restarted, the "PC Connection" checkbox is automatically set to OFF and
USB communication between the test PC via ActiveSync/Windows Mobile Device Center
is impossible. To establish USB communication via ActiveSync/Windows Mobile Device
Center, it is required to set the "PC Connection" checkbox to ON.
5-3-4. Uninstalling the Test Program and Test Data
(1) Remove the SD card.
(2) Turn ON IT-9000 and execute "zDiagDelete.exe" under \\My Device\FlashDisk\DIAG using
Explorer.
(3) When the dialog box on the right appears, tap "Yes".
(4) The DIAG folder under \\My Device\FlashDisk is deleted, and
then IT-9000 restarts.
