Pre-shared Key
Choose the mode for WDS setting. Disable mode will not
invoke any WDS setting. Bridge mode is designed to fulfill
the first type of application. Repeater mode is for the second
one.
There are three types for security, Disable, WEP and
Pre-shared key. The setting you choose here will make the
following WEP or Pre-shared key field valid or not. Choose
one of the types for the router.
If you checked the box of Use the same WEP key ..., you do
not need to choose 64-bit or 128-bit as the Encryption Mode.
If you do not check that box, you can set the WEP key now in
this page.
Type – There are three types for you to choose. DrayTek
WPA can be used for all DrayTek wireless routers like
Vigor2700, Vigor2800, Vigor2820, and etc., except for other
brand's wireless routers. WPA and WPA2 are used for WDS
devices (e.g., AP700). For example, if you have a
wireless AP and a Vigor2820n wireless router, you can set the
