Lubricating the Backhoe

Service Interval: Before each use or daily
Grease Type: Lithium-based grease.
Greasing the Fitting on the Right Side
of the Backhoe
1. Clean the grease fittings with a rag

2. Connect the grease gun to the grease fittings for the
upper and lower pivots; apply 2 or 3 pumps of grease
to each fitting (Figure
