Installing the Backhoe and the
Brackets onto the Machine

Procedure
WARNING
Lifting heavy machines and attachments improperly
could result in serious injury or even death.
When lifting heavy machines and attachments, use
lifting equipment, such as chains and straps, that is
rated for the weight of the equipment.
Note: The weight of the attachment is 606.6 kg (1,337 lb).
1. Attach the lifting equipment to the handle bar and the
dipper actuator mounting point (Figure 10).

2. Align the holes in the back plate of the backhoe with
the mounting holes in the 2 mounting plates

Note: Use care when aligning the hydraulic-pressure
and hydraulic-return tubes rearward of the right
mounting plate of the backhoe.
