Note: Allow the pin to extend slightly through
the pivot point.
B. Slip a 3 washers (1-3/8 inch) over the short
segment of the pin
C. Remove the plugs from the ports of the cylinder
and cover the holes with a clean rag
D. Extend the piston fitting of the cylinder to the 32
mm (1-1/4 inch) pivot point of the stabilizer.
Note: Residual hydraulic fluid may eject from
the cylinder ports.
E. Continue inserting the pin through the piston
fitting of the cylinder
F. Align 3 washers (1-3/8 inch) between the piston
fitting of the cylinder and the other pivot point of
the stabilizer

G. Continue inserting the pin through the washers
and the pivot point of the stabilizer
3. Secure the 2 pin (1-1/4 x 8 inch) with 4 snap rings
(1-1/8 inch) as shown in

Attaching the Hoses to the Hydraulic
Actuators
1. Install the 2 hydraulic fittings (3/8 inch, 90°) into the
hydraulic ports of the actuator
Note: Ensure that the fittings point toward each other
