Inspect the installation area, examine the racks to be used, and ensure that sufficient workspace is available to
unpack and inspect the equipment.
Storing Equipment: When equipment is to be kept in storage, the equipment should be left in the shipping
containers. The storage bags are coated with a conductive material to protect PIUs from damage by ESD. Inspect
the shipping containers for signs of damage. Claims for shipping damage must be filed with the transportation
company in accordance with their published procedure. Contact Fujitsu Sales Representative for any shipment
questions.
