Checking the Output of the Original Tray
Paper Sensor/Registration Sensor
If you have replaced the DADF controller
PCB or the original tray paper sensor/regis-
tration sensor, you must make sure that the
output of each sensor is correct; this is re-
quired because the light-emitting segment
and the light-receiving segment of each sen-
sor are not constructed as one:
1) Turn off the machine's power switch.
2) Shift bit 4 of the DIP switch (DSW1)
on the DADF controller PCB to ON.
