2.1.3 E402 Indicator

Belt motor clock sensor (S10)
1) Set the meter to the 200 VDC range, and connect the + probe to J9-
NO:
Belt motor (M3)
2) Set the meter to the 200 VDC range, and connect the + probe to J7-
YES: Check the wiring from the belt motor (M3) to the DADF controller
NO:

2.1.4 E403 Indicator

Feed motor clock sensor (S9)
1) Set the meter to the 20 VDC range, and connect the + probe to J9-
NO:
Feed motor (M2)
2) Set the meter to the 200 VDC range, and connect the + probe to
YES: Check the wiring from the feed motor (M2) to the DADF control-
NO:

B4 on the DADF controller PCB and the - probe to J9-B3. Turn the
clock disc slowly by hand. Does the reading alternate between 5 and
0 V?
Check the wiring from the belt motor clock sensor circuit (S10) to
the DADF controller PCB; if normal, replace the belt motor clock
sensor (S10).
1 and the - probe to J7-2 of the DADF controller PCB. Does the
reading of the meter change to 23 V in response to a press on the
Start key?
PCB; if normal, replace the belt motor (M3).
Replace the DADF controller PCB.
A11 and the - probe to J9-A10 of the DADF controller PCB. Turn
the clock disc slowly by hand. Does the reading alternate between 5
and 0 V?
Check the wiring from the feeding motor clock sensor (S9) to the
DADF controller PCB; if normal, replace the feed motor clock sen-
sor (S9).
J11-1 of the DADF controller PCB and the - probe to J11-2. Does
the reading change to 23 V in response to a press on the Start key?
ler PCB; if normal, replace the feed motor (M2).
Replace the DADF controller PCB.
