CHAPTER 5 TROUBLESHOOTING
6) Press the push switch (SW3) on the
DADF controller PCB. Feed the test
strip into the separation assembly at the
front to measure the feed power as
shown in the figure.
Points to Note When Taking
Measurements
1. Make sure that three separa-
tion belts are covered by the
test strip.
2. Make sure that the test strip
is straight in reference to the
separation belts as shown in
the figure.
3. Be sure to take measure-
ments when the rear edge of
the test strip is aligned with
the end of the original tray
as shown in the figure.
