Possible Cause
● The water overflow
sensor detects
water or the sensor
is faulty.
● The drainage filter
is blocked.
● The drainpipe is
blocked.
● The drain pump is
faulty.
● The high liquid
level sensor is
faulty.
The water overflow
sensor detects water
or the sensor is faulty.
The power supply
frequency is below the
lower threshold.
Solution
1. If the water
overflow sensor is
configured, check
and clear the water
source, and
maintain or replace
the sensor.
2. Clear the foreign
matter in the water
pan and filter.
Then, press and
hold down the low
float (if there is)
for 3s and release
it.
3. Check that the
drainpipe is not
blocked or bent.
Then, press and
hold down the low
float (if there is)
for 3s and release
it.
4. If the drain pump is
configured, check
its cable
connections, clear
the foreign matter
in it, or replace it.
5. If the high liquid
level sensor is
configured, check
its cable
connections, clear
the obstacles, or
replace it.
If the water overflow
sensor is configured,
check and clear the
water source, and
maintain or replace
the sensor.
Check the power
supply frequency, and
ensure that it is within
the working range.
