Possible Cause
● The drainage filter
is blocked.
● The drainpipe is
blocked.
● The drain pump is
faulty.
● The low liquid level
sensor is faulty.
The accumulated
runtime of the chilled
water valve exceeds
the alarm threshold.
The drain pump
runtime exceeds the
limit.
Solution
1. Clear the foreign
matter in the water
pan and filter.
Then, press and
hold down the low
float (if there is)
for 3s and release
it.
2. Check that the
drainpipe is not
blocked or bent.
Then, press and
hold down the low
float (if there is)
for 3s and release
it.
3. Check the cables to
the drain pump,
clear the foreign
matter in the
pump, or replace
the pump.
4. Check the cables to
the low liquid level
sensor, clear the
obstacles, or
replace the low
liquid level sensor.
Maintain or replace
the chilled water valve
and clear the
accumulated runtime.
Maintain or replace
the drain pump, and
clear the total
runtime.
