Possible Cause
● The temperature of
chilled water is
higher than the
supply water high
temperature alarm
threshold.
● The supply water
high temperature
alarm threshold is
inappropriate.
● The supply and
return water pipes
are reversely
installed.
● The supply and
return water
temperature
sensors are
reversely installed.
● The value detected
by the supply water
temperature sensor
is different from
the actual value.
● The temperature of
chilled water is
lower than the
supply water low
temperature alarm
threshold.
● The supply water
low temperature
alarm threshold is
inappropriate.
● The value detected
by the supply water
temperature sensor
is different from
the actual value.
Solution
1. Check the
temperature of
supplied chilled
water.
2. Adjust the supply
water high
temperature alarm
threshold.
3. Exchange the
positions of the
supply and return
water pipes.
4. Exchange the
positions of the
supply and return
water temperature
sensors.
5. Calibrate or replace
the supply water
temperature sensor.

temperature of
supplied chilled
water.
2. Adjust the supply
water low
temperature alarm
threshold.
3. Calibrate or replace
the supply water
