Fuel Management Meter
1. Remove the cap on the back of the gauge 1.
2. Selector switch 2 (for fuel measurement).
The meter displays gallons/hour and
liter/hour depending on operator preference.
Select the desired unit of measurement by
setting the selector switch on the back of the
meter.
NOTE: The fuel consumption meter and fuel
economy meter will indicate the same unit of
measurement.
The selector switch 3 controls input supply from
the seperator or GPS.
Calibration
Fuel Management Meter Calibration
Remove the cap 1 to access the switches. The
fuel management switch 2 can be set to either
gallons per hour (gph) or liters per hour (1/h).
NOTE: The fuel consumption meter and fuel
economy meter will always indicate the same unit
of measurement.
3. Selector switches 4 (for fuel flow calibra-
tion).
If the amount of fuel consumed differs from
that indicated on the meter, it can be calibrat-
ed to the correct amount.
If the amount of fuel used differs from what
is indicated on the meter, calibrate it to the
correct amount by:
1. Fill the tank and operate the boat. Use about
75% of the fuel in the tank.
2. Refill the tank and record the amount used:
3. Compare the actual amount of fuel used with
the gauge reading.
4. If there is a difference, use the formula below
to figure the difference as a percentage. Refer
to the illustration and adjust the switches to
calibrate the gauges.
Example:
Actual Amount of Fuel Used:

Difference =
1:00 gallon / 50 gallons = 0.02 or 2%
Therefore, 1 gallon is 2% of the actual 50 gallons
used. To calibrate the gauge, set the switches for -
2% (because the gauge was showing more fuel
than was actually used). If the gauge was showing
less fuel than was used, the switches would then
be set for a + percentage.
