Description

The Sensor Module Cabinet-Mounted SMC20 is an expansion module for snapping on to a
standard mounting rail acc. to EN 60715. It evaluates encoder signals and transmits the
speed, actual position, rotor position and, if applicable, the motor temperature and reference
point via DRIVE-CLiQ to the Control Unit.
Following encoder systems can be connected:
● Incremental encoder SIN/COS (1 Vpp) with and without reference signal
● Absolute encoder EnDat 2.1 (with SIN/COS incremental signals 1 Vpp)
● Absolute encoder EnDat 2.2 with order designation EnDat01 or EnDat02
